Does Moogoose work as a voice keyboard in WhatsApp and other Android apps?
Moogoose is an Android keyboard and can work in supported text fields in messaging, email, social apps and web forms. Individual apps can restrict particular fields. Switch to Moogoose, then use the microphone for exact dictation or the Moogoose button to draft a reply from your instruction.
Can Moogoose help people who find typing difficult or painful?
Yes. Moogoose is designed as an accessible voice keyboard for people with motor disabilities and conditions such as Parkinson's, arthritis, tremor, or RSI, as well as older people who find small touchscreen keyboards difficult. You can compose clear messages from short spoken instructions with minimal typing.
Can Moogoose help with dyslexia, ADHD, or autism?
Yes. Moogoose helps turn rough, incomplete, or disorganised spoken thoughts into clear written replies. It can handle spelling, grammar, structure, and tone, use the visible conversation for context, and read the finished draft aloud before you send it.
Can blind users use this?
Moogoose lets you speak an instruction and hear a draft read aloud. With Conversation Reading enabled, you can ask about a visible message. We are still improving accessibility across the whole app, including setup. Navigation and sending rely on your Android accessibility tools and the app you are using, so check the complete workflow on your device.
Will people know I'm using an app?
Moogoose can draft replies using your preferred tone and optional writing profile. Read or listen to the result and change anything that does not sound like you. We cannot guarantee how another person will interpret a message.
What if it gets something wrong?
Review every draft. You can edit, regenerate or discard it. Moogoose never sends messages automatically. You send the message yourself using your messaging app.
How long does setup take?
Setup time varies by device and the accessibility controls you use. Install Moogoose, follow the Android steps to enable it as a keyboard, and review any permissions you choose to grant. A personal writing profile is optional.
Is my data safe?
